An entrepreneur at heart, Reeba founded her first multi-million dollar company, The d8 Group, in 2018 after building a successful career in the government contracting industry over 15 years. She has built a massive and high quality network of business and government leaders which expands outside of her native Washington D.C. market. She is called upon often for Industry speaking engagements, training webinars and collaborations.

A mother of three, wife of a Veteran, and friend to many— her passion and ambition have made her both a passenger and a student on the path to success. She aspires to share the excitement and unexpected lessons of this journey with others who find it equally fascinating. Reeba holds an undergraduate Business Degree from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, and MBA from The University of Maryland’s Smith School of Business.
